Policy
The penalty policy applies to every user with an account in Nuri Lounge App. The account holder is responsible for one’s actions within the App. The penalties history will be kept on the users’ history only and it will not be shown to others on profiles.
Types of penalties
Warning
- Minor mistake a user or brand can make during the process of the campaign within Nuri Lounge App.
- 3 warnings will lead to 1 Detention.
- Each warning will expire after 90 days of receiving dates.
Detention
- Major mistake a user or brand can make during the process of the campaign within Nuri Lounge App.
- Receiving each detention will limit user or brand from using Nuri Lounge services for 7 days.
- 3 detentions will lead to account suspension.
- This policy will not affect on on-going campaigns a user or brand is attending.
- Each detention will expire after 150 days of receiving dates.
Suspension
- A user or brand account can be suspended if there is a critical issue caused due to certain action.
- A user or brand can ask to sign up on Nuri Lounge again after 180 days of the suspension.
- This policy will not affect on on-going campaigns a user or brand is attending.
